What FolioSpace is.

FolioSpace is a portfolio service for Indian professionals — chefs, students, consultants, developers, designers, and anyone with work to show. Right now we're in private beta: this website collects waitlist signups for the public launch on or around September 2, 2026.

What we promise.

• We'll email you when we launch (and once or twice before that, no more).
• We'll never sell or share your email.
• We'll delete your data on request, and bulk-delete unconverted waitlist emails within 30 days of launch.
• We'll be honest about what's working and what's not.

What we don't promise.

• A specific launch date — we aim for Sep 2, 2026, but if the product isn't ready, we slip.
• Specific features or pricing that aren't listed on the site.
• That the service will always be free or that prices won't change.

Acceptable use.

When the product launches, you agree to use FolioSpace lawfully. Don't use it for spam, harassment, scraping, distributing malware, hosting illegal content, or impersonating others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content.

You own everything you upload to FolioSpace — your bio, photos, project files, contact info. We only use it to render your portfolio and to provide the service you signed up for. You can export or delete your content at any time.

Our content.

The FolioSpace brand, code, templates, and design system are ours. Don't copy the site wholesale or resell the templates as your own product. You're welcome to reference and learn from them.

Liability and warranties.

FolioSpace is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will never lose data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months (which, for the waitlist period, is zero).

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Changes to these terms.

If we materially change these terms, we'll email everyone on the list and post a changelog. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
